We'll ride along a cliff and feast our eyes on panoramic vistas of the St. Lucia coastline with the aquamarine ocean sparkling in the island sunshine. Then, we'll prepare ourselves for a totally unique experience, as we mount across the white sand of a pristine beach and enter the warm waters of the Caribbean. Sugar to Rum Revelation

Sugar to Rum Revelation

Our journey takes us first to the expansive Roseau Valley once cultivated for sugar cane but now Saint Lucia's largest banana plantation, and then to the restored Sugar Mill at La Sikwi in the quaint fishing village of Anse la Raye. We'll visit a museum and learn the history of sugar in the West Indies. Then it's time to sample an array of locally produced rums and liquors at a distillery. On our return trip we will stop at the picturesque Marigot Bay for a once in a lifetime photo opportunity.
